By law, the maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,300 for the primary and $3,300 for the general election for a total of $6,600. Married couples may contribute up to $13,200 from a joint account.
With my contribution, I certify that the following statements are true and accurate:
1. This contribution is made from my personal funds and is not drawn on an account maintained by a corporation, labor union, or national bank; and
2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident and this contribution will not be reimbursed by another person.
Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to federal contribution limits. Individuals may give $3,300 to the primary and $3,300 to the general election. A couple may give $6,600 to the primary and $6,600 to the general election. Qualified federal PACS may contribute $5,000 per election and non-qualified federal PACS may contribute $3,300 per election.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
